The Bosch Rexroth SV10PA1-4X/V (R900463364) is a high-quality isolator valve designed for subplate mounting or threaded connections, ensuring the leak-free blocking of one actuator port even during extended periods of inactivity. The valve is composed of a robust housing, a seat poppet, a control spool, and a compression spring, with an optional preopening as a ball seat valve. It allows fluid to flow from A to B without external pilot pressure and closes hydraulically tight in the opposite direction when pA is greater than pB due to the cracking pressure of the compression spring. Pilot pressure at port X can actuate the control spool towards the ball seat valve in version A, releasing the seat poppet and enabling free flow in both directions. The design takes into account pressure ratios and area ratios at both the control spool and seat poppet to ensure active opening of the valve. Version A features preopening, where pressurization at port X first displaces the ball off its seat followed by the seat poppet, facilitating dampened decompression and avoiding switching shocks. Conversely, version B may experience sudden unloading of included pressure volumes potentially causing premature wear and noise. The SV10PA1-4X/V offers flexibility with various cracking pressures available optionally and can be modified to type SL by exchanging plugs. It adheres to ISO NG porting patterns for compatibility with different systems. This model boasts corrosion protection for durability, internal pilot oil return, and comes with check valve installation sets available individually. It’s capable of handling maximum operating pressures up to bar and maximum flow rates up to l/min, suitable for diverse hydraulic applications requiring reliable isolation functionality.
